My work sits at the intersection of clarity, identity, and decision-making.
I support people at points in life where something needs to change—but the way forward isn’t obvious.
Background
I grew up mixed race, non-white, in rural UK in the 1970s and 80s, the only male in a large predominantly female household.
Whilst that experience did not define my life—it did shape an early awareness of identity, perception, and how those influence behaviour and decision-making. Over time, I became consciously aware of how these factors, plus many others from my formative years and early adulthood, have influenced my own path, to differing degrees.
This awareness now forms part of how I work with others—not as a label, but as a lens through which deeper patterns can be understood and navigated.
Professional and personal experience
Alongside this, I have a professional background in engineering and large-scale project delivery, working on projects with significant responsibility and complexity.
My personal life has included marriage, fatherhood, separation, rebuilding, and the ongoing process of finding purpose and direction.
These experiences mean I work from lived understanding—not theory.
Lineage and deeper work
I also come from a lineage of traditional African healers, and I am connected to the land and history of the UK and Europe.
My work includes energy awareness and healing.
However, this is not presented as abstract or separate from real life. It is applied in a grounded way—supporting:
- clearer thinking
- better decision-making
- improved wellbeing
- forward movement in life and work
How I work
I do not offer fixed frameworks or generic strategies.
Instead, I work directly with you and your situation—cutting through noise, assumptions, and patterns—so that what is true becomes clear.
From that clarity, decisions become easier.
And movement becomes possible.
Who I work with
I work with individuals who are:
- At a point of decision or transition
- Aware that their situation has deeper layers
- Open to looking honestly at what is driving their choices
You do not need to share my background. But you will likely recognise that clarity requires more than surface-level thinking.
Start with a session
The simplest way to begin is with a Clarity Session.
A focused, one-hour conversation to bring direction to what you’re facing.
